DETAILS | FAQ

This service provides professional on-site installation, training, and onboarding to ensure your equipment is set up correctly and running at full production from day one. It is designed to reduce trial-and-error, accelerate learning, and help you avoid costly mistakes in your workflow.

For many customers, on-site training significantly shortens the learning curve and helps maximize print quality, efficiency, and equipment longevity from the start.

A trained technician will travel to your location to assist with setup, workflow configuration, and operator training. Once your order is placed, our team will coordinate scheduling based on your availability and site readiness. Service applies to locations within the contiguous United States and is subject to technician availability.

On-Site Training & Onboarding Pricing:

Not Required = Remote onboarding typically included with equipment purchase    On-Site Required = Mandatory on-site onboarding & training required

  • Accessory Systems (Shakers, Dryers, etc): $2,195 (1/2 Day)
    Not Required
Remote onboarding is typically included with the purchase of these systems, so on-site service is not required. On-site training is recommended for customers who prefer hands-on setup and workflow guidance.

  • Standard Printers: $2,495 (1 Day)
Includes DTFLINE, DTGPRO, STS, Ricoh and similar systems
    Not Required
Remote onboarding is typically included for the above systems when the equipment is purchased from us. On-site training is not required, but is recommended for customers seeking hands-on setup, workflow optimization, and operator confidence.

    Certain Roland Systems:
Includes Roland XG-640, XP-640, VG/SG Series, LG, MO Series
    On-Site Required
These models generally require on-site onboarding. For experienced operators (for example, adding an additional unit or requiring only minimal setup assistance), a limited-scope 1-day onboarding under this tier may be available, subject to pre-approval.
For customers requiring more comprehensive setup, training, and workflow support, these same models are also covered under the Advanced Onboarding option below, which includes an additional 1-2 days of hands-on assistance.

  • Advanced Printers: $3,995 (2-3 Days)
    Includes Roland XG-640, XP-640, TY-300/TY-300i, VG3, SG3, VG4, LG, MO Series
    On-Site Required
On-site installation and training is required for these models due to setup complexity, calibration requirements, and workflow integration.

  • Industrial Printers: $5,995 (2-5 Days)
Includes Roland EU-1000MF, COi Series, LO Series
    On-Site Required
On-site installation and multi-day onboarding is required.

What's Included:

  • On-site technician travel, labor, and dedicated training time
  • Full equipment setup, calibration, and production readiness
  • Software installation and RIP workflow optimization
  • Hands-on operator training through live production scenarios

Requirements Prior to Scheduling:

  • All equipment and accessories delivered and ready
  • Required consumables (ink, film, powder, garments, etc.)
  • Computer with necessary software installed
  • Stable internet connection
  • Proper electrical setup and suitable work environment (including temperature/humidity where applicable)

Important Notes:

  • Most printers include free remote onboarding and training, including guided setup and first prints.
  • On-site training is recommended for customers who want faster ramp-up, hands-on experience, and optimized workflows.
  • Roland and similar advanced systems require on-site service in most cases.
  • Technicians are trained by or work directly with leading manufacturers (Roland, STS, Ricoh, DTFLINE, and others).
  • If on-site service cannot be scheduled due to availability or logistics, this service is fully refundable.

Most customers who choose on-site training are able to begin production faster and with fewer issues compared to remote-only setups.

Our goal is simple: to ensure your system is installed correctly, your team is confident, and you are ready to produce high-quality output immediately.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
