Tired of cutting and weeding HTV? MagicPowder™ introduces a brand-new, Patent Pending category of DTF / HTF powders that helps simplify garment decoration. Designed for both traditional DTF workflows and MagicInk™ applications, MagicPowder™ can be used either as a clear adhesive powder or as the actual source of color in the print.

With MagicPowder™, you simply print, powder, cure, and press. No vinyl rolls, no cutters, no weeding. Just efficient, professional-quality results with a softer, more flexible finish.

MagicInk™, MagicPowder™, and MagicFoil™ are part of a Patent Pending system designed for clog-free, weedless printing and new creative possibilities in apparel decoration.

MagicPowder™ is the next evolution of garment decoration. In a traditional DTF workflow, MagicPowder™ CLEAR can be used as an adhesive powder, especially when the design color comes from standard inks or from a finishing layer such as MagicFoil™.

In the MagicInk™ workflow, selected MagicPowder™ colors can do even more: they can become the actual visible print color. This makes it possible to create single-color prints where the color comes from the powder itself, opening up a completely new category of DTF / HTF decoration.

Because this is a new and actively developing product category, formulations are continuously being improved and expanded.

Currently Available MagicPowder™ Variants

• MagicPowder™ CLEAR - Best suited for traditional DTF workflows and especially useful when the final color or effect comes from MagicFoil™ or from your printed design itself. This transparent adhesive base helps bond the transfer without adding pigment.
• MagicPowder™ WHITE - Produces a soft white print effect when used with MagicInk™.
• MagicPowder™ BLACK - Produces black prints when used with MagicInk™.
• MagicPowder™ GOLD - Available for testing and creative applications. Current formulation may produce a grainy / patchy look, making it best suited for R&D, sampling, or textured / distressed effects.
• MagicPowder™ BLUE - Available for testing and creative applications. Current formulation may produce a grainy / patchy look, making it best suited for R&D, sampling, or textured / distressed effects.

Note: GOLD and BLUE are currently better suited for testing, product development, or for users intentionally seeking a grainier visual effect. As with this entire category, improvements are ongoing.

How MagicInk™ Works with MagicPowder™

1. Print your design onto DTF film using MagicInk™. It lays down a clean, stable base ready to receive powder.
2. Powder the print with MagicPowder™. Choose CLEAR for traditional DTF-style adhesive applications, or choose a color powder such as WHITE, BLACK, GOLD, or BLUE when you want the powder itself to create the print color. Tap or shake off excess powder.
3. Cure per your equipment guidelines until the powder gels and sets on the film.
4. Press the transfer onto the garment using standard DTF heat press settings.
5. Peel as recommended for your chosen film.
6. Add Foil (optional) - Apply MagicFoil™ for metallic, colored, holographic, or specialty finishes. Use MagicPowder™ CLEAR when you want the final color or effect to come from the foil stage.

In short: use MagicPowder™ CLEAR when you want a more traditional DTF adhesive powder workflow, especially when the color comes from inks or foil. Use MagicPowder™ color variants with MagicInk™ when you want the powder itself to become the print color.
